If you want to deepen your professional effectiveness, develop clarity about how you work, and grow beyond tools and techniques – this space is for you.
What This Format Is
A monthly, in‑person small‑group coaching format ormat for professionals who already work with people – and want to understand what actually drives their effectiveness.using LEGO® Serious Play® as a reflective working method.
Most professionals focus on tools, methods, and frameworks.
But in practice, outcomes are shaped elsewhere:
-
how you think under pressure
-
how you read and influence group dynamics
-
what you do when things are unclear, tense, or stuck
This format works exactly there.
Using LEGO® Serious Play® as a structured reflection method, you make your patterns, assumptions, and decision logic visible – and work on them directly.

The Core Question

How do you work and what makes you effective?
-
Your tools are visible.
-
Your mindset works in the background.
-
Your patterns shape the quality of your work.
Our LSP small group coaching sessions coaching create space to explore exactly that: not what you do, but how you do it – and why it works (or doesn’t).
What You Will Work On

In each session, you will work on:
-
Blind spots that influence your professional behavior
-
Recurring personal patterns and habits
-
Mindset and professional attitude
-
Your effectiveness in complex or challenging situations
-
Your professional identity, presence, and impact
Always grounded in your real work context, not abstract cases in small groups – no hiding, no passive participation.
Why LEGO® Serious Play®
LEGO® Serious Play® is a structured, research‑based method for thinking with your hands.
By building models, abstract thoughts, assumptions, and dynamics become visible and tangible. This allows:
-
Faster clarity
-
Deeper reflection
-
More precise conversations
-
New perspectives that often remain hidden in language alone
Used here as a professional reflection and sense‑making method – not as play.
